Walking is one of the easiest forms of cardiovascular exercise. Once our heart is trained, it releases hormones for happiness which makes us feel better.
To maximize the benefits of walking, start your day with a walk outside. Make it a daily morning routine. Besides the benefits of walking, fresh air and nature will free your mind and give you new perspectives. So taking a walk may decrease your stress level in a tremendous way.
3. Exercise regularly
There is no doubt that one cannot live a healthy life without exercising regularly. Aside from the fact that exercise helps us maintain or lose weight and lowers our risk for diseases, it can also reduce our stress levels and it’s very effective to manage your stress.

Even a simple phone call to check up will put you in a good mood.
9. Spend time helping a friend
When we help someone in need, especially a friend or loved one, we feel a wonderful sense of happiness afterwards. It’s that sense of accomplishment that gives you a feeling of euphoria. So don’t hesitate to give of yourself, because you are not only helping others, but you are also helping yourself. Helping others will not only makes you manage your stress but also gives you a feeling of relief and happiness.
